This dance fitness course is a unique and flexible program specially designed for office employees. The “Wellness Dance Breaks” sessions are short, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, to help employees relax and recharge during their busy workday.
“Wellness Dance Breaks” sessions can be organized at the office or in a nearby fitness space.

20 minutes Select approximately 5 lively music tracks. Focus on repetitive and straightforward movements to create comfort and confidence among participants. 5 minutes After completing the workout, perform cool-down exercises to soothe and relax the body. |

23 minutes Choose around 7 energetic songs, combining dance and aerobic movements. Focus on repetitive and simple actions to ensure everyone can easily follow along. 5 minutes After finishing the workout, perform cool-down exercises to stretch the leg muscles, core, and upper body. |

5 minutes We will dedicate time to introduce and practice some exciting dance moves from different genres. Jasmine will guide everyone through each dance step to learn and improve their skills. |

5 minutes End of the session. Depending on the participants’ preferences, they can capture images/videos of the exercises they just did. |

30 minutes The next phase is the lively and fun “Dance Fitness” segment. We will continuously dance to around 8 – 9 music tracks with diverse rhythms. Use simple and repetitive movements to make it easy for everyone to keep up. Let’s all enjoy the rhythm and positive energy together! To add flexibility and creativity, Jasmine may change songs and introduce new moves in each session |

5 minutes After the session, take a few minutes to perform cool-down exercises, helping the body relax and feel comfortable after exercising. |
